Troubleshooting and repairing machinery in an industrial environment.
Electrical and Mechanical troubleshooting and repair of plant equipment
Will working on hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
Normally about 70% of the day is line calls and reactive maintenance and 30% of the day is preventative maintenance
Will respond to calls on the radio but also will use CMMS system for preventative maintenance
Will replace some parts and rebuild some parts like pumps
Will work with electric motors, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, rollers, conveyors, and chain conveyors.
Will perform basic troubleshooting of PLCs
Qualifications:
5+ Years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferably working in a manufacturing setting
Must have mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience
Must have experience working with hydraulics and pneumatics
Must be able to troubleshoot PLCs (no programming, just troubleshooting)
CMMS experience preferred
Welding is a plus - stick and MIG - but is not required
