Your expertise will influence selecting, operating and administering systems and software for our environment that supports vital business processes.About the team:FIS® Investment Accounting Manager (formerly InvestOne) provides scalable and modular investment accounting software that supports an exhaustive range of investment types, asset classes and accounting methodologies.What you will be doing: Defining and maintaining standards and solutions for high volume big data clients for FIS product lines. Documenting functional product solutions as well as key FIS financial services opportunities. Maintaining a catalogue of reusable functional application components and DDL relevant for applications and product lines.- working with performance testing teams to ensure that application releases maintain a high database performance levelWhat you will need: Experience working on applications with high volume data Oracle database design experience including Oracle database partitioning, Oracle cost based optimizer, etc Experience working with DBAs to get your changes implemented and help them troubleshoot slow queries/high volume related issues Expertise with end-to-end systems development life cycles and a background leading large projects. Five or more years in a distributed and heterogeneous computing environment, working with relational or hierarchical databases. Experience designing and implementing applications in a shared service bureau environment. Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design-based tools and techniques. The pay range for this full-time position is $117,620.00 - $197,580.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
