Overview:The HR Regulatory Management team ensures the Human Resources organization maintains strong and productive engagement with US Regulators, particularly the Federal Reserve, OCC and FDIC and key country regulators. In particular, the HR Resiliency team is responsible for compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies related to Recovery and Resolution Planning, Continuity of Business, Enterprise Resilience, and Crisis Management.The team partners closely with subject matter experts to: Oversee and coordinate regulatory obligations and reviews to ensure the risk organization proactively addresses regulatory requests and concerns. Coordinate with Citi program managers to ensure responsibilities assigned to HR are completed timely and accurately. Coordinate with HR Global Disciplines and HR International management to design and execute HR Resiliency programs. Work closely with partners in other Businesses and Functions, Second and Third Lines of Defense, to ensure appropriate interpretation and execution of programs to comply with regulatory and internal obligations.This role will be leading the global oversight and monitoring of the HR Enterprise Resiliency program, executing the Recovery and Resolution Planning (“RRP”) Capabilities Testing program, and coordinating all required activities with the respective Citi Resilience program owners.Key objectives are to establish a centralized and consistent framework for independent review and challenge, enable an end-to-end perspective within HR, and increase transparency of methodologies, processes, governance and results.The HR Resiliency Lead is accountable for ensuring implementation of the HR Continuity of Business (CoB), Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience programs and coordinate with the HR cluster and country International Controls teams. The Lead will be also responsible for enhancing and implementing the HR RRP Capabilities Testing program to ensure independent challenge to HR RRP activities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to negotiate internally with other teams supporting the Resilience programs. Experience interacting and communicating with senior executives is required.Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with Citi Enterprise Resilience and RRP Capabilities Testing programs Evaluate and enhance the HR Resilience programs to increase efficiency and reduce redundancies across all HR teams worldwide Project manage the successful and timely completion of all HR assigned activities and milestones for all Resilience programs. Lead a team of three analysts Coordinate with the Citi Resilience program owners (Finance, Technology, Citi Security & Investigative Services) to ensure all program deliverables and milestones are identified and completed timely Identify and escalate roadblocks to management and propose corrective action plans to ensure deadlines are met Coordinate and support activities completed by other team members within the HR Resiliency and CAO teams Other skills: strong verbal and written communication, experience with effective reporting to senior management and communication with second and third lines of defenseQualifications: 10+ years of experience Demonstrated ability to lead programs and teams Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses Experience on Resilience programs or HR functional assessmentsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.Job Family Group:Corporate ServicesJob Family:COB & Crisis ManagementTime Type:Full timePrimary Location:Jacksonville Florida United StatesPrimary Location Full Time Salary Range:$130,880.00 - $196,320.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
