If you are detail-oriented, have great oral and written communication skills and can work in a fast-paced environment, this Vendor Analyst II position is for you.As a Valuation Vendor Analyst II you will be the Delivery Manager responsible for organizing and managing all vendor management functions for one or more of JPMCs Appraisal Management Companies. The Vendor Analyst II Serves as escalated contact for supplier and internal stakeholder concerns.Job Responsibilities:

Proactively identify improvements to processes, procedures, and service to partners and customers

Partner with and effectively utilize internal Line of Business partners and resources (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk & Controls, Technology, Finance, Sourcing) with respect to supplier initiatives such as onboarding, contract negotiation, and disengagement

Build relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and third parties and influence change across all groups

Communicate findings and issues, and proposed solutions to impacted Line of Business partners and customers

Act as subject matter expert for third-party provided services. Oversee vendor activities and bridge the relationship between Chase and the Third Party when necessary

Manage incident/escalation with internal partners and third parties

Understand and monitor supplier engagements/contract terms and manage supplier relationships which includes Invoice Reconciliation and Payment, Vendor Expense Tracking, Performance Monitoring and SLA management, budget forecasting and monitoring

Monitor vendor relationships in order to mitigate potential risks before they occur and de-escalation of issues

Prepare and present performance reports to Senior Management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Minimum of 4+ years of Home Lending and Vendor Management experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) needed to work cross-functionally

Conflict resolution and coaching skills - must be able to deliver difficult messages related to vendor performance.

Flexible and organized with the ability to effectively manage to changing and competing demands

Excellent prioritization, planning, and time management skills

Detail oriented, with ability to complete reporting & analytics accurately, timely, and in a presentable manner

Microsoft Office skills; strong working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions

Self-motivated, going beyond immediate responsibilities, with ability to work independently as well as be a team player

Project, process and change management experience dealing with cross-functional teams is required

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Management or Relationship Management experience within Home Lending

Set, assess, and monitor third parties for business resiliency and disaster recovery to support Chase services

Familiar with internal systems (MPX, Compass, 4Site, Ariba)

Understanding of budgeting, financial analysis and cost management, including ability to understand and manage to financial aspects of vendor relationships

Understanding of technical aspects of the products and services being delivered
