Description:Reporting to the Manager, Provider Services the Operations Support Analyst provides resolution to client issues that require more in-depth knowledge of the technology, platform, products and/or processes. Issues are typically identified by the Client Services Team and can include complicated electronic data interchange (EDI) claim errors and transmission problems.-Why you want to work on this team: Highly communicative and collaborative team environment, there is always a chance to learn new things. Opportunities for growth into an Operations Support Analyst III, Clearinghouse Support, and other rolesTo be qualified for this position you have: 2 or more years working in healthcare, with strong focus on ANSI transactions and billing. This is required to be considered for the role. High School diploma or GED. Ability to read ANSI guides and 835/837 edi files. Experience working with Salesforce and Excel. Ability to adapt with changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and analytical skills.You will set yourself apart: Experience with SQL Experience with Provider Enrollment. Familiarity with healthcare electronic transactions/connectivity. (835, 837i, 837p)You will be: Interacting with trading partners as well as direct-connect payers to facilitate resolution to client issues. Supporting the development of client support documentation as needed. Interacting closely with other team members to provide the highest quality of customer service. Serving as the subject matter expert and liaison between Operations, Customers, and the Development team, handling more advanced technical issues as they arise. Provides training to first level support representatives as necessary to facilitate rapid resolution of client issues.
