Job Description:The Senior Operations Rep plays a critical role in the daily operations of the Private Bank Mutual Fund Trading Team. The individual is responsible for acting as the liaison to Branch Offices, other internal teams, Transfer Agencies and Mutual Fund Families. The team's primary focus is on the Private Bank Income and share class conversions for Fund Direct clients.Required Skills:- Proficient PC skills and applied experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Perform in a proactive and strategic manner.
- Must be able to give clear examples of past successes in teamwork, use of analytical skills, time and organizational self-management
- Internet Service Provider at home (no public WiFi or Internet)
- Sufficient room to set up a laptop, monitor, keyboard and mouse
- Comfortable space to work for a full shift
- Quiet, private and SECURE space in which to work
