We are seeking a visionary and strategic Executive Director of Human Resources to temporarily lead our HR department and drive initiatives that support our mission and business goals. This is a temporary role to start. It could develop into a temporary to hire/permanent position for the right candidate - but it is not guaranteed Position Overview: The Executive Director of Human Resources is a key leadership role responsible for shaping and executing the company's HR strategy. This position involves overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of HR practices, a strong business acumen, and a passion for driving positive change within the organization.salary: $35 - $40 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: BachelorsResponsibilities
Develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.
Oversee talent acquisition to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Implement efficient onboarding, training, and development programs to support employee growth.
Identify and streamline process improvements for HR operations, enhancing efficiency and the employee experience.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives to foster an inclusive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly aligning them with market trends.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives and cultivate a diverse workplace culture.
Lead organizational development, including succession planning, leadership development, and change management.
Mitigate HR-related risks and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Oversee a fair and effective performance management process, providing guidance to managers.
Utilize HR analytics to drive informed decision-making and report key metrics to the executive team.
