Description We are in search of a skilled Help End User Support Specialist in Jacksonville, Florida. The role is centered on providing technical support to customers utilizing our software products. Key functions include troubleshooting software issues, instructing customers on software utilization, and assisting with software installation and configuration. This role is an exciting opportunity to join our support team.Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers facing issues with the software Troubleshoot software problems to identify and implement solutions Deliver training to end-users on how to use the software effectively Assist customers with the installation and configuration of the software Monitor and respond to customer inquiries related to software usage Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and technical issues Collaborate with the technical team to improve the software based on customer feedback Update internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members Inform customers about new features and functionalities.Requirements Must possess strong skills in Technical Support Proven ability to Troubleshoot technical issues effectively Knowledge and experience in Software Configuration is essential Experience in End User Training is required Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required Must have a customer-service oriented mindset Knowledge of help desk software and remote control solutions is a plus Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices is desirable Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when needed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experienceTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
