An advanced degree (MS, PharmD) or residency is preferred. Experience in inpatient, or outpatient pharmacy practice is preferred. Board Certification by the Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties is preferred. Previous experience in applicable specialty practice area is preferred.Eligible for licensure by the Florida Board of Pharmacy.
