Description Cloud Systems Administrator:Responsibilities

Lead and manage large IT projects, including design, deployment, and ongoing support

Architect and implement secure cloud network solutions

Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable IT strategies

Continuously monitor and optimize IT performance for cost-effectiveness and efficiency

Partner with key stakeholders to assess vendor options and develop testing plans for new technologies

Proactively troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

Develop and implement network disaster recovery plans and backup procedures

Train employees on software and hardware, providing ongoing technical support

Build and coach a high-performing IT team

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and keep leadership informed of industry trends

Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

5+ years of experience in IT management

Proven track record of successfully managing IT infrastructure and services

Deep expertise in computer hardware, cloud technology, network administration, and IT security

Proficiency in Linux and Microsoft environments

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
