You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze complex datasets, and create intuitive dashboards and reports to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Develop, test, and optimize ETL processes to ensure efficient and accurate data integration from various sources.
Create and maintain data models, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decisions.
Troubleshoot and resolve BI system issues, ensuring timely and reliable delivery of insights.
Stay up-to-date with BI trends, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience as a BI Developer or in a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Strong experience with SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle).
Knowledge of ETL tools and processes (e.g., SSIS, Informatica).
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced data analysis.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
