Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida, for an Application Support Engineer. This role functions within the digital technology industry, where you will be a key player in ensuring that our digital channels effectively support the needs of the organization. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be the coordinator for our Online/Mobile Banking and other digital channels, maintaining relationships with vendors and assisting with the testing and implementation of new systems and technologies.Responsibilities Ensure effective monitoring and measurement of digital products by compiling, analyzing, tracking, reporting, and evaluating data. Foster the expanded use of digital products through interaction with management and marketing personnel, and by developing resources to improve user knowledge and understanding of services. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues with Online/Mobile Banking and other digital channels. Assist in researching production problems on-site and training/communicating with staff on new procedures/software for new products or changes. Participate in planning and implementation of new system and technology projects. Test new systems to ensure new products are free of production issues. Collaborate with other department staff to ensure the development of new features meets product expectations. Maintain positive, productive and encouraging interactions with other members of the organization. Ensure compliance with all policies, including the Bank Secrecy Act and Customer Identification Program. Perform other related duties as assigned.
