Accounts Payable Clerk

Description A Jacksonville-based client is adding to its team! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.Responsibilities: Administer the full cycle of accounts payable, including matching, batching, and coding. Serve as a backup to the A/R Handle and resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Prepare and execute payments via check, electronic transfer, or other methods as required, ensuring timely disbursement to vendors. Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledger to the general ledger on a regular basis and resolve any discrepancies Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Accounts Payable role Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
