Degrove's Jacksonville, Florida office is seeking Surveying Field Technicians with varying levels of experience. Entry-level with no experience is also available. Starting at $15/hr with opportunities for overtime.
These are full-time positions with benefits, including fully paid health insurance for the employee. Retirement plan with employer match.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience desired, but not required
- Valid driver license required with no DUI in the last 10 years
- Good communications skills
- Physically fit
- Eager to learn
- Enjoy working outdoors
- Not afraid of technology (computers, field computers, survey instruments)
- Willing to TRAVEL around the state and the Southeast U.S.
- Solid work ethic
- Willingness to work overtime.
Outdoors would include working on the water and IN the water (wading in surf zones, rivers, lakes, swamps, etc.), in the woods and roadside.
