Key Responsibilities:
Manage the field layout for one or more construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to plans.
Read and interpret various construction documents, including civil, utility, architectural, structural, mechanical, and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on-site.
Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to facilitate project progress and resolve any layout-related issues.
Maintain meticulous records of layouts, adjustments, and project changes.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in construction surveying layout or a related field.
Strong knowledge of various construction types, including parking lots, storm drainage, sanitary sewers, roads, bridges, and high-rise buildings.
Proficient in reading and interpreting complex construction plans and drawings.
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
