Job Description:
We are seeking an Outbound Telemarketer – Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling patients to schedule updated hearing test appointments. The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls (150+ dials per day), thrives in a goal-driven environment, and communicates with professionalism and empathy.
Responsibilities:
Place outbound calls to patients to schedule updated hearing test appointments
Follow provided scripts while maintaining a warm, professional tone
Achieve daily and weekly goals for dials, contacts, and appointments set
Accurately document call outcomes and appointment details in the system
Handle patient questions with courtesy and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Previous outbound calling or telemarketing experience preferred
Comfortable making 150+ outbound dials daily
Strong communication and listening skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to stay motivated in a repetitive task environment
Basic computer and data entry skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet work-from-home setup
