Aria Staffing is hiring experienced Customer Support Specialists to join our client's growing ecommerce support team. This is an in-office position based on the Northside of Jacksonville, and we’re looking for career-level professionals who thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments. If you have recent experience supporting ecommerce customers via chat, email, and/or other digital channels, and are confident working under a KPI-focused structure, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
-Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls, addressing questions, concerns, and order-related issues.
-Respond to customers via chat and email, delivering clear and efficient support.
-Resolve inquiries related to orders, returns, shipping, product info, and account access.
-Work across multiple ecommerce platforms to support several brands.
-Meet or exceed performance targets (KPIs), including call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
-Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
-Must have recent (within the last 1–2 years) customer support experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
-Proven ability to manage high call volumes along with chat and email support.
-Comfortable working in a metrics/KPI-driven setting.
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Able to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms.
-Reliable transportation – this is a required on-site role.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.
