Job Title: Tax Preparer - Immediate Opening
Location: Virtually (All 50 States)
Salary: Commission based, potential to earn up to $20,000 in 3 months

Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Tax Preparers. No prior experience is necessary; however, preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience in tax preparation. As a Tax Preparer, you will be responsible for assisting clients in completing accurate and timely tax returns while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a commission-based position, and successful candidates will enjoy the opportunity to earn significant income based on completed client returns. Bi-weekly payments will be provided on a per-client basis.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth tax interviews with clients to gather necessary information for tax preparation.
- Utilize available software or tools to accurately enter and calculate tax-related information.
- Prepare and file federal, and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses.
- Provide professional advice to clients on tax-related matters.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and changes in tax codes.
- Meet or exceed productivity and client satisfaction targets.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in tax preparation preferred, but not required.
- Must be self sufficient in gaining knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Proficient computer skills, including the ability to use tax software and basic office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numbers accurately.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must own a laptop for work purposes.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- One Year Tax Preparation Experience.
