Job Description:
As a collector, search accounts and locate consumers to recover overdue amounts.
Responsibilities:
Locate consumers using credit bureau information, background checks, loan documents, and other paperwork from our database (i.e. skip tracing)
Verify consumer information, including phone numbers and addresses
Contact consumers
Determine if debt is collectable
Update account status to reflect consumer disposition
Follow-up on payment arrangements
Observe all federal and state laws
Qualifications:
Interpersonal skills, including communication and persuasion
Must be able to perform individually and as a team
Basic computer skills (web browser, email)
Customer service
High integrity and result-oriented work ethic
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday, 9:00AM – 6:00PM
