Double A is hiring an Inventory Control and Payments Specialist looking for a Motivated and enthusiastic person with solid work ethics individual to join their office team. This position prefers a college degree in accounting, management, or Marketing, but experience is just as good. This position will have training. It will require communication daily with the managing partners and other employees to ensure proper payments have been applied, parts have been ordered, inventory is under control and warranty claims have been properly filed.

THIS IS NOT A WORK FROM HOME POSITION
6353 Greenland Road Jacksonville 32258 is where you will report to each day
Most days the hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:30AM-6:30PM with scheduled breaks and or lunches. Some overtime is allowed in occasion or required as needed to keep up with the work load.
Must be able to easily navigate and iPhone, iPad and computer applications like Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must pay attention to details
Must know basic math and how to spell, read and write English properly
Bilingual Spanish and English is a huge plus
Quick books online experience is preferred.
