Bayonet Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, a division of IES, is looking for a full time Warehouse Associate for our Hudson location. Warehouse personnel are responsible for the day-to-day warehouse functions such as (but not limited to):
Inventory Management (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
Always use Vehicles According to Company Safety Protocol
Verify Accuracy of Deliveries- Both Incoming/Outgoing
Coordinate Deliveries of HVAC & Plumbing Equipment from and to other Branches
Inspect All Orders for Accuracy
Communicate with other departments (Parts, Purchasing, Etc.)
Maintain Clean and Neat Warehouse and Workplace
Perform Daily Safety and Maintenance Checks on Vehicles and Equipment
Assist Other Departments, Managers, Staff as Needed
Follow All Safety Protocols for Deliveries, Equipment Operation.
Drop Off & Collect Paperwork from Vendors
Collaborate with Other Team Members to Meet Warehouse Objectives & Operational Efficiency
Open Communication with Supervisors and Management Regarding Illness, Unplanned Absences, Emergencies
Accurately Track & Replenish Truck Stock
Place Orders, Receive Parts Ordered and Submit Goods Receipts to Purchasing Department
Receive and Track Money Received from Techs
Use Service Titan to sign into jobs that need parts, update payments,
Check & Answer Emails from other departments, techs, supervisors.
OSHA Certification (or ability to obtain certification)
Requirements:
Some plumbing or HVAC knowledge
Previous warehouse experience
Bilingual (not required, but a plus!)
Valid Florida Drivers license with clean record.
