Description We are in search of an experienced Sr. Litigation Maritime Attorney to join our team in Hollywood, Florida. This role is within the legal industry and will primarily be office-based. As a Sr. Litigation Attorney, you will be expected to apply your comprehensive knowledge in personal injury litigation and federal court proceedings. You will also have the opportunity to work independently on premium cases and will be encouraged to generate new cases. Responsibilities: Apply comprehensive personal injury litigation knowledge to handle complex cases Participate in federal court proceedings, specifically in the Southern District Trial Court Conduct a significant number of Circuit Court jury trials, ensuring they are carried out to verdict Apply knowledge of commercial contracts in managing cases Handle complaints and claim administration efficiently Use ERP solutions and business systems for case management Conduct audits as required to ensure case details and proceedings are accurate Apply software skills, such as 3M and Adobe Acrobat, for document handling and case management Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other relevant parties Apply maritime/admiralty board certification knowledge where applicable.Requirements Applicant must hold a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Sr. Litigation Attorney. Proficiency in using 3M and Adobe Acrobat is essential. Must be able to work with Business Systems. Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is required. Familiarity with ERP solutions is a must. The candidate should have expertise in Auditing. Experience in Claim Administration is necessary. Knowledge of Commercial Contracts is required. Excellent Communication skills are a must. The candidate should have experience in Complaint Handling. Must have a background in Personal Injury Litigation.
