Fully On-site Sales Support Associate!Job DescriptionThis candidate will be the assistant to the Account Manager. They will also be responsible for approximately 20 inbound calls and 25 outbound calls per day. The outbound calls will be placed to carriers, letting them know that their cargo is ready and scheduling pickup. The candidate will be utilizing Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word daily to communicate with team members and create invoices, so they must have basic to intermediate knowledge of these programs.Responsibilities

Support Account Managers in meeting the customer's needs.

Enter customer orders and quotes into the computer system.

Keep up with order status and track all open customer orders.

Keep open order reports current.

Process Return Authorizations and handle customer claims with our QA department.

Obtain Proof of Deliveries / Proofs of export for every order shipped.

Prepare all documents for export merchandise (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificate of origin, SEDs, SLIs, etc).

Coordinate with freight forwarders.

Work extensively in Microsoft Office 365 - Excel.

Assist in general clerical work such as correspondence and filing.

Send out order invoices to customers after an order has been shipped. Load invoices in web platforms and follow up registration for payment.

Distribute literature.

Set up new items in the system.

Other tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

Bilingual in both English and Spanish (written and conversational).

2-3 years of administrative experience.

Experience in customer service, freight forwarding, and/or export/import business.

Intermediate Excel skills, including work with formulas.

Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in export, freight, and scheduling is a plus.

Team player with a professional approach to customers and logistical partners.

Any additional office application knowledge is a plus.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment for this position is an office setting with a front area of cubicles and a large warehouse in the back where products are stored. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
