Description I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a reputable public accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality tax, audit and accounting services to a diverse clientele. We are seeking a highly organized and knowledgeable administrative assistant to support our team and ensure the smooth operation of the office.Responsibilities:Office Management:Open the office daily and manage a high volume of emails.Serve as the point of contact (POC) for all clients.Tax Knowledge and Support:Possess some knowledge of personal and business taxes.Prepare and file 1040 tax forms and manage yearly expense reports.Perform data entry for tax clients and assist clients with signing tax documents.Certification and Insurance Management:Maintain and renew certifications for different cities.Oversee insurance renewals and related documentation.Office Administration:Set up interviews and manage office administrative tasks.Manage office supplies and equipment.Executive Support:Manage the Partner's schedule (very busy schedule), set up meetings, and coordinate appointments.Assist with the preparation and editing of Requests for Proposals (RFPs).Edit and finalize documents, including engagement letters and contracts.Review and update contract templates and obtain client signatures.Qualifications:Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a public accounting firm.Strong knowledge of personal and business tax procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to handle a high volume of emails and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.If you meet the requirements please apply online.Requirements I am recruiting on behalf of my client, a reputable public accounting firm dedicated to providing high-quality tax, audit and accounting services to a diverse clientele.
