Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounts Receivables Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing accounts receivables, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring accurate financial transactions. This position requires excellent data entry and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently. Punctuality, dependability, and a willingness to work overtime occasionally are essential for success in this role. This is a temporary/temp-to-hire position in office location in Hollywood, Florida.
Utilize Zendesk, a ticketing system, to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
Process and post customer payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct account research and initiate refunds when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate with managers regarding payment status and any outstanding issues.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account discrepancies and reconcile outstanding balances.
Work closely with the team to maintain clean and accurate accounts receivable records.
Requirements
Accounts Receivable (AR), Posting Payments, Chargebacks, Account Setup, General Ledger, Project Budgets, Property Budgets, Billing
Positive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude towards work and colleagues.
Strong team-player mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
Prior experience with accounts receivable processes and ticketing systems is a plus.
