This is a great environment and office setting offering flexibility and no work afterhours overtime or weekends for work life balance.The ideal candidate is either an Entry level professional Degreed in Accounting able to be trained or an experienced Bookkeeper.Job Duties: Staff Accountant or Bookkeeper will support with accounting tasks and data input for individual and corporate taxes. . Duties consist of:
Data entry, entering check stubs, misc. scanning and shredding
Performs entries and bank reconciliations
Reviews bank statements and review of GL ensuring accuracy
Will be trained on Year Close
Inputs information for Tax returns - individual and corporate
Working with Intercompany or multiple companies is a plus (not required), as CPA firm has different small business clients
Softwares used are Excel, QuickBooks, and Tax software
Requirements
