Warehouse Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Warehouse Coordinator to manage day-to-day shipping and receiving activities while ensuring safety, quality, and cleanliness standards are met at our Haines City facility. This unique role combines data entry and analysis with physical material handling, offering a dynamic mix of office and warehouse responsibilities. You’ll work under the guidance of the Production & Warehouse Supervisor.Review inbound shipments and compare to material needs; report any shortages to the supervisorHandle daily shipping and receiving tasks to meet on-time delivery goalsPull finished products from inventory, assemble orders, and prepare them for shipmentReceive inbound materials and transfer them to proper storage areasOperate forklifts to load/unload trucks and move materials between areasOrganize workflow for maximum efficiency and help resolve shipping/receiving issuesMaintain accurate records, including shipping/receiving logs, inventory counts, and labor reportsEnsure shipments are properly packed, labeled, and match bills of ladingInspect materials for damage or discrepancies; document and report issuesSupport coordination of LTL and dedicated carriers for customer and internal transfersLead or assist temporary staff on special warehouse projects as neededCommunicate with Customer Service and Sales regarding product availability and order statusKeep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized in line with company standards
