Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to lead an internal audit team and ensure the organization’s financial and operational processes comply with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of internal audit experience and at least 3 years of management experience, demonstrating strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive internal audit strategy and annual audit planLead and oversee the execution of financial, operational, and compliance auditsAlign audit processes with organizational objectives and risk management strategiesSupervise, mentor, and develop a team of internal auditors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growthCollaborate with leadership to design and implement effective internal controlsPrepare and present audit findings and recommendations to senior management Requirements Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
CPA, CIA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred
Minimum of 5 years of internal audit experience
At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role
Proficiency in audit tools and software, data analytics, and ERP systems
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
