Description We are seeking a Financial Project Manager for a long-term contract employment opportunity in Greenacres, Florida. The selected candidate will be immersed in the financial service industry, using their skills to provide telephony scheduling and software solutions for nursing services and in-home service tracking. The role involves a strong focus on accounting functions and billing processes, making use of accounting software systems like QuickBooks.Responsibilities: Conduct an overall assessment of checklists needed for weekly and daily tasks Utilize QuickBooks for managing accounts receivable, payroll, and billing functions Implement telephony systems for efficient scheduling and tracking of nursing and in-home services Oversee the auditing of financial transactions and ensure adherence to budget processes Carry out an in-depth assessment of accounting functions, identifying and rectifying missing items Manage a backlog of accounts receivable (AR) and ensure timely recovery Leverage CRM and Concur systems for effective management of business operations Utilize ADP - Financial Services for automated payroll processing Ensure proper utilization of 'About Time' software for efficient task management Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications efficiently.
