- 5 years of experience in sheet metal installation
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Must pass a drug test
- Ability to read plans and specifications accurately
- Capable of lifting 50+ pounds regularly
- Punctuality is key - must show up on time!
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others
- Must be a team player
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass background checks
