Monday-Friday dayshift needed, $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) PLUS QTRY BONUSES AVERAGING $2500 PER QTR OVER THE LAST YEAR

Operations Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with the Plant Manager to assist him with tasks necessary to run the plant.
Review reports, assess data and follow up with supervisors on findings.
Perform various safety and quality inspections.
Ensure safety and quality inspections are performed as scheduled.
Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and supply to schedule project work.
Follow up on projects to ensure proper completion.
Develop, update and maintain SOPS and Checklists.
Learn various programs to assist (back-up) scheduling the plant as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Bi-lingual Spanish & English
Technically savvy with a strong working knowledge of excel and other Microsoft Suite tools
Construction experience is a plus
Manufacturing experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + benefits + qtrly bonuses up to $2500!
