Job description: This position requires an individual who is highly proficient in operating heavy equipment, namely a skid-steer, dozer, and an excavator. The candidate must have experience in grading building pads, parking lots, driveways, and must be able to finish grade for sidewalks and curbs. Operators often work by themselves on job sites with very little supervision, so you have to be self-motivated and a great problem solver! This position will be full time with a four day work week, and you can start immediately.
Requirements:
You must be 18 years of age.
Minimum of three years experience running heavy equipment.
Have a reliable source of transportation.
The ability to be on time, all the time.
Work safely in accordance of company safety policies.
Have a good attitude and able to communicate with supervisors and co-workers.
Pass a drug screening and background check.
Able to read plans and understand them.
Get along with others and be drama free.
