David Bartee Painting LLC is currently hiring a Maintenance Technician to help with general maintenance and repairs at apartment complexes. We're looking for someone dependable, experienced, and ready to work. You must have your own tools.
Duties Include:
- General repairs (plumbing, electrical, drywall, etc.)
- Apartment turnovers: patching, painting, cleaning, etc.
- HVAC and appliance work
- Responding to tenant work orders
- Emergency repairs when needed
- AND MORE
Requirements:
- Must have your own basic tools
- Previous experience in maintenance or general contracting
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and good communication
