Serving a large student and applicant population, OneStop provides essential support across admissions, registration, financial aid, and more. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to student success through leadership, problem-solving, and excellent customer service.Responsibilities include:Management and Leadership

Supervise a team of OneStop advisors, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

Evaluate and monitor daily caseload, identify and resolve complex issues, and collaborate with core office leadership when necessary.

Coordinate hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation of OneStop advisors.

Ensure timely communication and training on enrollment services issues.

Engage the team in professional development opportunities and assist in developing training materials.

Maintain a supportive and positive workplace environment, ensuring that the Division of Enrollment Management values are integrated into the culture of the OneStop team and reflected in the services provided.

Service Delivery and Reporting

Provide frontline enrollment services in person, online, and by phone.

Generate, maintain, and submit statistical reports to enable strategic planning.

Monitor and provide feedback on customer satisfaction to unit leadership.

Outreach and Special Projects

Assist with presentations and workshops for prospective and current students and families.

Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as assigned.

This position is located at the University of Florida's main campus in Gainesville, FL and may be eligible for a flexible, hybrid work arrangement in accordance with the University of Florida and Division of Enrollment Management's policies.Expected Salary:$55,000 annuallyIn addition, we offer the following exceptional benefits:

Previous supervisory experience.

Demonstrated ability to establish work priorities and coordinate the timely completion of work assignments.

Strong organizational skills.

Advanced knowledge in cross-functional enrollment services.

Experience working with financial aid, registrar, admissions, billing or other student enrollment or academic support services

Knowledge of rules and regulations relating to student academic and enrollment processes, policies, procedures, and regulations.

Excellent customer service skills.

Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain professional relationships when working with sensitive and challenging information and situations.

Multicultural competencies - demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to articulate and interpret information.

Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and work with minimal supervision.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite.

Working knowledge of PeopleSoft, Gator360 and other student records systems.
