Order Entry Clerk | Hybrid | Gainesville | Start Date in January 2025Our National Fleet Management and Vehicle Relocation Specialty Client is seeking a Order Entry Clerk to assist with work order input, inventory tracking, and status updates.Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 6:00PM
2 days in office (Tuesday & Wednesday)
3 days work from home with your own equipment (Laptop and/or desktop)
Equipment: Must provide own laptop/computer - ChromeBooks are not compatible.Duties Include:
Gathering pertinent data points to place and submit work orders
Communicate with customers and vendors by phone and email, establishing strong relationships with customer contacts and vendors
Effectively manage direct communication with customers, both FMCs as well as their clients.
Manage details of each request placing information in specific areas of the order to ensure full understanding of customer requirements.
Address questions and offer solutions to customers, both internal and external, using sound judgement to resolve issues, reduce delays and enhance the customer experience.
Must Haves:
Ability to type at 40 WPM or higher in an effort to accurately and efficiently input customer information
Comfortability operating in a fast-paced environment
Capability of learning hands-on
Computer or laptop for work-from-home capabilities
Nice To Have:
Dispatching experience
Experience using Excel Spreadsheets and/or CRM experience
Dealership and/or transportation experience
