Job Description- Interpreting and distributing documentation related to systems functionality, upgrades and enhancements- Creating/modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering system limitations- Duties may include instructing system users on workflows- Troubleshooting tickets via a ticket queue- Upgrades to system every 6 mo-1 yr team members rotate through leading an upgrade project- Heavy build work- Maintain and upkeep all system documentation- Mentoring new team members- Cross training others from PB for backup support- Participate in heavy customer meetings- Carry out optimization of the system- Team of 3 Analysts and 1 Claims (HB) Peer team on PB side, 6We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
