You will need to be friendly, have excellent customer service skills, and be confident with retail sales. You will need to be independently motivated and have the ability to multi-task in a busy salon environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in salon, hospitality, retail sales and/ or business management.15- 17 hrs per weekSchedule: Wednesday- Friday 5pm - 8pm and Saturday 10am - 6pmEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Must be extremely dependable.
Must maintain a professional standard at all times.Greet clients with a positive attitude.Schedule appointments using salon software.Notify stylists of appointments.Answer phones with a professional, courteous voice Have knowledge of and promote sale of retail products.Follow sanitizing and cleaning procedures according to salon expectations.Close the sale (including services and retail sales).Participate in salon meetings, training and team building exercises.Must be able to pass a background check. Job Responsibilities Include:Handle calls, schedule appointments by computer, greet guests, check out guests, recommend haircare products, upsell servicesProvide support to team members while maintaining client flow.Maintain a clean and organized work environment sweep, mop, dust, windex, laundry, dishes.Provide the highest level of customer service with a positive, friendly personality.Contribute in a goal oriented environment.
