Job Description and Responsibilities:
Immaculata Home Services seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily Airbnb cleaning operations. This individual will primarily serve as a cleaner on the team while also fulfilling part-time managerial duties, such as restocking supplies, inspections, and running errands. The ideal candidate has proficiency in cleaning and management experience.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
- Must have weekend availability
- Must be available during standard work hours of 8 AM - 5 PM.
- Must have a vehicle or access to one on demand.
Compensation:
The operations manager will qualify to make two incomes.
- Firstly, income can be made through completing cleans. Pay for these jobs starts at $40 and ranges up to $100 for larger houses. Bonuses are offered as well for longevity on the team and quality output.
- Secondly, the operations manager will earn an hourly wage starting at $18/hr for managerial tasks.
