DescriptionEssential Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Leadership team to develop. Strategize, and implement out-patient goals
Provide regular updates to leadership team outlining status of program development objectives
Foster and maintain relationships with vendors and community stakeholders
Ensure clinical documentation meets both qualitative and quantitative standards
Handles individual therapeutic cases and leads groups as directed by CEO
Establish systems for auditing
Work closely with Human Resources to ensure regular, consistent, structured training of new and established employees a well as other required trainings to meet regulatory and industry standards
Attend and participate in meetings as directed by CEO
Must have an understanding of diverse cultures
Responsible for creating and maintaining Outpatient Program
Responsible for licensing and maintaining Outpatient Program
Responsible for appropriateness and effectiveness of services provided
Responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership, guidance and supervision of the program
Leadership and program development
Determines long-term strategy of the program
In collaboration with staff, identifies program needs, goals, priorities and service gaps
Ensures that Program goals are advocated and achieved
As a member of the Leadership Team, ensures that Program needs and interests are adequately represented
Provides leadership within the professional community, representing the needs and interest of the Program
Works closely with other agencies to identify opportunities for collaboration and coordination of services
Remains aware of trends, opportunities and challenges within the Program’s client population by networking and attending provider meetings.
Manages Program staff and independent contractors
Monitors staff’s clinical caseload
Responsible for the Program’s budget
Identifies staffing needs and maintains responsibility for ensuring that the program is appropriately staffed. This includes but is not limited to interviewing, development plans, performance improvement plans, performance goals and evaluations
Works with therapist’s to ensure that caseloads are being met and program is meeting contract requirements
Responsible for ensuring that the Program meets all professional, legal and regulatory requirements
Continuous Quality Improvement goals and Quality Assurance standards
Capable of leading or participating in clinical staffing
Provides clinical direction, supervision and coordination as appropriate for professional and other treatment staff and consultants
Able to provide crisis management, debriefing, and on-the-spot clinical consultation to clinical staff and supervisors
Meet individually with Therapist and Contractors for clinical supervision as needed to ensure high quality clinical quality is maintained
Attends leadership and clinical trainings relevant to the position
Secondary Job Responsibilities:
Participate in process/quality improvement activities of the company.
Keeps required trainings current.
Attend management meetings as scheduled
Performs other job duties as required.
