Study, analyze and review complex legal documents
Data base management of all relevant documents
Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work Requirements
Family Law Experience
Well-founded grasp of Discovery
Communicate with clients
e-Filing experience
Expertise in Family Law
Schedule hearings, mediations
Deep understanding of e-file
Practical knowledge of Schedule Depositions
Draft Legal Documents experience
Proven knowledge of Draft Letters
Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion
3+ years of relevant experience
Exceptional communication skills that provide the ability to interact with all levels of the organization with a high customer service orientation
Should be savvy with word processing and spreadsheets
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
