Accounts Receivable Clerk

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, in the Non-Profit industry. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to accounts receivable, record keeping, and banking transactions. Responsibilities Handle the billing of revenue and ensure accurate record keeping Perform daily reconciliation and maintain financial records in QuickBooks Desktop Prepare and execute bank transfers as required Manage and maintain records for escrow accounts Execute month-end transfers and maintain ledger balances Handle cash applications and commercial collections Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports in required formats Perform any tasks related to accounts receivable as pertains to payments Handle end-of-year closings and other periodic financial tasks. Requirements Proficiency in Account Reconciliation Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) Familiarity with Billing processes Ability to handle Cash Applications Experience in Cash Collections Knowledge of Commercial Collections Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Oracle software Proficiency in QuickBooks Knowledge of SAP software Familiarity with Daily Reconciliation tasks Experience with Year End Closings Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
