Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking a LogisticsManagement Analyst Sr. for a position at anoverseas location. This position requiresinternational travel. Candidate selected willtravel to Fayetteville, NC to in-process. Dutiesinclude: Work in a logistical environment that isfast paced, completing multiple tasks andmeeting stringent timelines.Must be able to write correspondence in amilitary format, when necessary. Attendrequired training associated with jobresponsibilities, including terrorism/forceprotection, counterintelligence, informationsecurity, and others as required.Perform data entry on compatiblemicrocomputers utilizing versions of Microsoft,Adobe, and other DoD licensed or providedprograms. Travel to various CONUS and/orOCONUS locations by government or commercialconveyance may be required.Experience with U.S. Army propertyaccountability processes and procedures.Experience with Global Combat Support System– Army (GCSS-A) is preferred with a thoroughand complete understanding of manual propertybook hand receipt procedures.Forecast, procure, receive, account, distribute,and dispose of Government equipment usingGCSS-A.Have in-depth knowledge of hand receiptaccounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations,authorizations, validations, change of handreceipt holders, supporting documents, FinancialLiability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL),along with proper and timely keeping of allaccount property records.Perform initial review of proper completion of requisitions for the purchase of equipment andprovide to the Government for authorization andprocessing of these items according to AR 710-2.Screen each hand receipt for excess andshortages of property and supplies forredistributing.Apply standard line-item numbers (SLINs),document numbers, priority designators, andother relevant management techniques as setforth in applicable regulations.Attach property records to the property handreceipt holders using automated property handreceipts according to paragraph 2-10, AR 710-2.Assist Hand Receipt Holders (HRH), as required,in conducting inventories, and adjust propertyrecords as required for accuracy purposes.Work with HRH and staff to collaborate and seekto resolve problems of a special, controversial, ortechnical nature, as they occur, regarding allphases of property management.Review monthly inventory reports for compliancewith all regulations and identify appropriateadjustments are made when necessary.Distribute the monthly inventories and validationreports, and track that they are executed andreturned in a timely manner.Prepare, review, and recommend changes to thePBO for internal Standard Operating Procedures(SOP).Prepare and process FLIPL, DD Form 200,investigations, collection vouchers, and AR 15-6investigations in a timely and efficient manner,complying with AR 735-5.Advise hand receipt holders and leadership onthe proper usage of property and the proceduresfor processing FLIPL, DD Form 200,investigations, and other regulatory means usedto affix responsibility for property lost, stolen, ordestroyed.Maintain FLIPL registers, FLIPL (DD Form 200), and all property transactions.Ensure conformity of property management toapplicable Army Regulations, Federal PropertyManagement Regulations, Supply Updates, andDepartment of the Army Pamphlets and SOPs.Basic Qualifications:Thorough and complete understanding ofmanual property book hand receipt procedures.Have in-depth knowledge of hand receiptaccounts, inventories, cataloging, reconciliations,authorizations, validations, change of handreceipt holders, supporting documents, FinancialLiability Investigations for Property Loss (FLIPL),along with proper and timely keeping of allaccount property records.Must possess excellent work ethics, verbal andwritten communication skills and be detailed andaccurate in performing all administrative androutine functions.Must Be physically fit, able to survive in anaustere and inhospitable environment and bewilling and able to work long hours overextended periods. Must possess excellent workethics, verbal and written communication skillsand be detailed and accurate in performing alladministrative and routine functions. Mustpossess a valid state driver's license and be ableto obtain appropriate speciallicense/certifications for equipment required fortheir specific position. Must be able to obtainand maintain a Secret Security Clearance.Must possess a basic knowledge of computeroperations for inventory control, weaponmaintenance record keeping, and partsrequisitioning and be proficient in Microsoft Wordand Excel.Must pass pre-deployment medical screeningand possess the physical strength to lift andmove equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Able to travel internationally. Candidateselected will travel to Fayetteville, NC to in-process. The successful candidate will berequired to successfully complete customerrequired International Readiness Certifications.Desired Skills:6 Years of logistics experience with thecompletion of the Army 92Y or 92A ServiceSchooling or sister service equivalent or 920BWarrant Officer Course.
