Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services is seeking a Quality Manager to add to the leadership team, located at Fort Walton Beach, FL .This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing quality engineering and technical activities on or in support of programs through all phases of the product lifecycle.

Develops quality strategies and plans in support of new business acquisition and execution of program/business plans.

Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.

Acquires and manages resources, provides quality technical management and leads performance improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.

Oversees review of technical information to ensure quality and producibility.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience) :

3+ years of experience with military or commercial positions in a Quality and/or Operations leadership position

3+ years of experience with aircraft maintenance, Maintenance concepts development and sustainment, repair, and overhaul environments

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :

Technical Degree, ASQC Certification, Statistical process control background/competency

Active U.S. Secret security clearance

3+ years Project Management experience

Experience building relationships with customers, regulators, and certification bodies

Large scale project management experience

FAA Repair Station Part 145 knowledge and experience
