Repossession Recovery Agent Florida Intercept is part of the ‘boots on the ground’ sector of the Collateral Recovery Industry. Started at the end of (cursed) 2020 our company has grown and we have not been able to find a cohesive team member through word of mouth - so now we are here. There is always room for growth for the right thick-skinned and slightly humorous individual.
Work Schedule: Sunday to Thursday, 9 PM to 5 AM
Pay: $750.00 - $1,500.00 per week. (commission pay) + Sign-On Bonus (conditions apply)

Job Responsibilities:
● Drive a company-equipped self-loader with license plate scanning technology.
● Run addresses in a given area and
● Use an iPad and Google-based mobile applications for navigation and updating accounts.
● Responsible for repossessing wanted vehicles, reporting them in multiple systems, and ensuring the safe transport of the lender's collateral.
● Responsible for scheduling and picking up voluntary surrenders.
Minimum Requirements:
● Reliable transportation to work.
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Experience using a wheel lift-style tow truck.
● At least 23 years old (for insurance purposes).
● Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
● Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
● Dependable; able to work full 40-hour weeks consistently with minimal sick-days/call-ins
● Basic computer/smart device skills for operating iPads and related software.
● Be able to lift at least 75 pounds
● The ability to get a Florida E/EE License through the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services if sponsored by us.
● No drama.
Preferred Experience:
● Collateral recovery
● RDN/ClearPlan knowledge
● Knowledge of the Lee County/Collier County areas
● Florida E/EE Recovery Agent License
