Pure Florida is looking for an experienced and dedicated captain to join our team and run multiple vessels. Weekdays and weekends are a must! Full Time year round!

As a Pure Florida captain you will have great customer service skills, adept in making sure every customer has a great experience, and ready for any weather, rain or shine, hot and cold! Pure FL is looking for a hard worker with a vibrant personality!
Fishing experience preferred but not required.

JOB DUTIES included but not limited to
- Captaining multiple vessels from Tin City in a safe manner through the channels of the Gordon River while narrating the local waterways to our guests.
- Helping around the office making reservations with guests and keeping them happy during their excursions
- Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
- Making sure the docks are kept looking presentable and making sure there are no issues around the dock
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
-Must hold 50ton Masters Captains License
- Understanding and ability to work with or learn quickly computer reservation software programs, outlook email, excel, word and other Microsoft Office programs
- Be able to lift heavy object weighing over 50lbs
- Be able to handle the weather elements including extreme heat
- Be comfortable on the water- Be able to work days and weekends
- Must have a great personality and be able to greet every customer, solve problems in a positive way, and be a motivating team member
