We are a local reputable company looking to fill a position for a FT Supervisor. Some of the duties include but are not limited to the following:
1 - Working FT side by side with existing W2 hourly employees to ensure jobs are completed accurately to scope of work
2 - Communicating with upper management and customers on project progress or needs
3 - Regularly use tools to assist in production of projects and give direction to subordinates onsite/offsite
4 - Utilize company programs to provide input on scheduling needs and write change orders where appropriate
5 - Must be versed in finish/trim carpentry to be considered for the position
6 - Must execute a high level of customer service
Please understand we are looking for someone with knowledge of trim carpentry, basic electrical, basic plumbing and general remodeling tasks. Remodel experience is necessary to lead our team.
