Family-owned window and door company looking for a full-time project coordinator who has window and door installation experience. This candidate must be self-sufficient and a team player working in both an office setting and on job sites. Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling job quotes, measurements, and product orders.
Job duties include scheduling installers, creating punch lists for completed jobs, making sure they will pass inspection, helping installers when needed; measuring windows, providing quotes and providing warranty service for customers; checking in products when delivered, managing forklift when receiving products and keeping inventory of product in warehouse; working with various municipalities in terms of permitting and inspections.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate is customer service-oriented with some experience in window and door installation and the ability to manage various projects at once. Candidate must be a self-starter with experience in problem-solving and multi-tasking. We will train you on industry computer programs, but the candidate must be able to adapt well to various computer applications.
