We are a growing residential and commercial painting company looking for reliable and hardworking supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist supervising and managing multiple residential and commercial projects on a daily basis. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to grow in a company and be team player. This position requires a lot of driving between projects on a daily basis.
This is a long term position
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day field operations and resolve issues efficiently.
Supervise and lead multiple crews for the multiple jobs
Ensure compliance with safety standards
Travel to multiple job sites in a day.
Complete Work Orders with utmost professionalism and expertise
Document all the progress and completion of jobs.
Order materials and keep inventory
Coordinate and manage the schedules, ensuring all the tasks are completed on time
Requirements:
Good communication skills over the phone and emails and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Must be reliable and self starter
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Prior experience in painting
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
Flexibility with work hours, including occasional weekends or overtime as needed.
Poses a driver license with a good driving record
