The Installer position is an hourly, full-time position, with work mainly in Lee & Collier counties. The Lead Installer, based on provided designs, is responsible for the construction and installation, of custom outdoor kitchens and accessories using concrete, steel, stucco, stacked-stone and other materials, requiring your skills with hand tools and power tools. This position reports directly to the Project Manager.
Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00 pm. However, additional time may be required, as needed, to meet the established commitments.
Duties
Build and install outdoor kitchen frames
Stucco, stacked stone & tile kitchen exteriors
Install outdoor kitchen appliances, including grills, vent hoods, drawers & doors
Read and interpret design drawings
Communicate progress with clients and project manager
Commute safely to and from job sites
Prepare materials lists & facilitate pickup/delivery to the required site
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installation processes
Conduct quality inspections to verify proper installation and functionality
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines throughout the installation process
Qualifications
Experience in concrete, framing, basic electrical & plumbing hookups (Prefered )
Experience in stucco, stacked stone & tile installations (Preferred)
Knowledge of frame carpentry principles and practices- Ability to read and interpret design drawings
Strong understanding of fixture installation procedures
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects as required
Ability to communicate clearly and consistently with clients and project manager
