Technician Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics service and repair outboard motors.
Handle multiple RO’s and utilize software systems to document work.
Troubleshoot, repair and install rigging, electronics, accessories and mechanical systems.
Report to MYS Service Manager for scheduling and support.
Technician Qualifications & Requirements
Certified or 2 years experience with 1 of the following – Yamaha, Mercury or Suzuki.
Valid Drivers license & Background check.
Have and maintain majority of personally owned tools.
Be able to work independently and within MYS team goals.
Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
Boat show participation.
Employment Compensation Package:
“Starting” $55.00-$75.00 hr” – Subject to experience. Certification Training is Funded 100% by the company (travel, course cost w/per diem). Company Truck. Health insurance and paid vacation time-off.
